*Note: We do not ship outside of the US or Canada at this time. 
 
PROCESSING TIMES
 
We know that you want to get your Karmavore products ASAP, so we typically ship orders within 1-5 business days after the order is placed. The processing time depends on the style, as we have both premade and made-to-order items:
 
Premade items ship within 1-2 business days from our Houston, Texas warehouse: 
Note: Expedited shipping options are available for premade items shipped within mainland US.
 
Made-to-order items ship within 3-5 business days:

Note: Made-to-order items are unavailable for expedited shipping and will be shipped separately from your other items. 

 
TRACKING INFORMATION
 
When your order ships out, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please also be sure to check your spam folder. 
 
Please Note: Any carrier related delays are completely out of our control and we are unable to offer refunds for any orders that are delayed due to the carrier. If your order is experiencing a longer than usual delivery time, please e-mail us at support@karmavorebrand.com and we'll be happy to look into this for you.
 
SHIPPING RATES
  • Within the US: $4.99 + $2.00 for each additional item (free shipping for all orders over $100!)
  • Canada: $9.99 + $6 for each additional item
FREE SHIPPING
 
We offer free shipping for all US orders over $100. If the shipping cost hasn't been removed from your order, double-check that the subtotal of your order (before taxes) has reached the $100 minimum. If you're using a discount code, your subtotal must be $100 or more after the discount has been applied.  
 
CANADIAN ORDERS
  • A phone number is required for all orders shipped outside of the US. 
  • Once your package leaves the US, the tracking information may no longer be updated. Not to worry, your package is still making it's way to you.
  • Canadian customs may charge a duty tax for the package to enter the country. We are not associated with this tax and do not cover this cost. 
  • Expedited shipping is unavailable on Canadian orders.
