Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love your purchase from Karmavore. If however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase. Please read below to determine if you are eligible for a return or exchange.


A Change In Size

  • Please e-mail us at with your order number as well as the new size you would like, and we will send you the correct size once we’ve received the original item(s). Please note that we are unable to cover the cost for return shipping and there is a $5 per item charge to complete the exchange which covers the cost of shipping the new item(s) to you. Lastly, please note that the merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.

You Received The Wrong Item

  • Although we do our best to double check everything, we are still human and may (on very rare occasion) accidentally send you the wrong item. Please just send us a photo of the incorrect item you received as well as your order number to and we’ll be happy to help sort it out right away.

You Received A Defective Item

  • Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged item is sent out by mistake. In this case, you do not need to return the item. Feel free to repurpose or recycle it. Please just send us a photo of the defective item you received as well as your order number to and we’ll be happy to help sort it out right away. If we can see from the photo that the item is clearly defective, we will replace it right away free of charge.



  • The item(s) have been worn or washed
  • The item(s) have been altered in any way
  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  • E-gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded



If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that we do not reimburse for the postage required to return items and there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to returned orders which will be deducted from the refund.

Please Note: Any carrier related delays are completely out of our control and we are unable to offer refunds for any orders that are delayed due to the carrier. If your order is experiencing a longer than usual delivery time, please e-mail us at and we'll be happy to look into this for you. 



Since orders are processed and shipped or go into production very fast, we cannot guarantee order cancellations or changes after the original order has been placed. If you do need to cancel or change your order, please e-mail our support team at and we’ll do our best.
