If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that we do not reimburse for the postage required to return items and there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to returned orders which will be deducted from the refund.
Please Note: Any carrier related delays are completely out of our control and we are unable to offer refunds for any orders that are delayed due to the carrier. If your order is experiencing a longer than usual delivery time, please e-mail us at support@karmavorebrand.com and we'll be happy to look into this for you.
CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Since orders are processed and shipped or go into production very fast, we cannot guarantee order cancellations or changes after the original order has been placed. If you do need to cancel or change your order, please e-mail our support team at support@karmavorebrand.com and we’ll do our best.
