For premade items, estimated delivery is 4-7 business days with standard shipping. All premade items are shipped out of our Houston, Texas warehouse and expedited shipping options are available.
For made to order items, estimated delivery is 7-12 business days. Expedited shipping options are unavailable for made to order items.
Once your items are shipped from one of our facilities, tracking numbers will be provided via e-mail. Please note that made to order items will be shipped separately from premade items and may even been shipped separately from other made-to-order items depending on the style.
Important: Any carrier related delays are completely out of our control and we are unable to offer refunds for any orders that are delayed due to the carrier. If your order is experiencing a longer than usual delivery time, please e-mail us at

WHICH ITEMS ARE PREMADE AND WHICH ARE MADE TO ORDER?

Since we have a few facilities, when you order more than one item, they may be shipped separately and you may receive one item before the next. No need to panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they are on the way!

HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?

WHERE WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPING FROM?
All premade items will be shipped from our Houston, Texas warehouse. Most made to order items mainly ship from California and North Carolina but some ship from Canada, Mexico, or Europe depending on the items and your location.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, please first check your spam folder. If it is not in your spam folder, pleasee-mail us email@example.com and we’ll be happy to help you out.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE AT A TIME?
